One month at a time. Renew if it works, walk away if it doesn't.

Most coworking spaces present 6 and 12-month terms first, with month-to-month as the expensive afterthought. At CTO there is no long-term option -- not because we don't want you to stay, but because we'd rather you stay because it works.

Pay for a month. Come in whenever you like, 24 hours a day. Your desk is yours -- set it up the way you want it, leave your monitors, keep your things. No packing up at the end of the day.

At 3 or more office days a week, a dedicated desk works out more economical than any Flexi package -- and removes the hour-counting entirely.
